Warranty & Returns
Safety Sign Company stands by the quality of our products and warrants that our merchandise is free from defects in material and workmanship. Any product shown to be defective at the time of purchase will be promptly replaced. Our products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has the right to inspect the merchandise upon receipt to determine whether the merchandise is fit for the intended purpose.
SAFETY SIGN COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY AS TO ANY DEFECT IN THE MERCHANDISE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED UPON SUCH INSPECTION. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, OUR MERCHANDISE. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXTENDING BEYOND THOSE DESCRIBED HEREIN. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE WHO OBTAINS THE PRODUCT FROM THE BUYER.
The information printed on our signs, tags, labels and other products has been compiled from sources believed to be reliable. No warranty, guarantee or representation is made as to the accuracy of the information printed and Safety Sign Company assumes no responsibility in connection therewith. Nor can it be assumed that all necessary warning and precautionary messages are contained on the printed products. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the adequacy of each printed product or identification device.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any standard stock item, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 992-1177 within five business days of receipt of your order to receive a return authorization. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging, postage prepaid. A 15% restocking charge applies to all returns.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT CANCELABLE OR RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.
